1. Eligibility and Account Ownership

  • U.S. residents only
  • Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian
  • Students may only use the platform under parent supervision
  • You confirm that you are legally able to manage a child’s account

2. Parent Responsibilities

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

  • Ensuring account information is accurate
  • Managing student access and supervision
  • All activity that occurs under their account
  • Keeping login credentials secure

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to access other accounts or systems
  • Upload harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
  • Interfere with platform functionality or security

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access if the platform is misused.

4. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

TruePath Academics provides educational practice and learning support. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Results depend on many factors, including:

  • Student effort
  • Time spent practicing
  • Individual learning differences

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Access to the platform is provided through paid subscriptions. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe.

Pricing and billing terms are clearly shown before purchase.

Note: Payments are processed by Stripe and related payment partners; we do not store full card details on our servers.

Refund Policy (Fair & Usage-Based)

If you cancel a prepaid plan early, refunds are calculated from the time used, not simply from the full plan length.

We value the time already used at the equivalent shorter-plan rate and refund any remaining eligible value to the original payment method. Exact amounts depend on the plan and the time used.

Current pricing is shown before purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content—including questions, explanations, and designs— belongs to TruePath Academics.

You may not copy, distribute, or resell content without permission.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or close accounts if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Payments fail repeatedly
  • We are required to do so by law

Parents may cancel accounts at any time. You can cancel your subscription and close your account from your account settings, or by contacting support@truepathacademics.com.

Data deletion requests are handled as described in our Privacy & Safety Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability (Plain English)

We work hard to provide a reliable service, but:

  • The platform is provided “as is”
  • We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the platform grows. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated Terms. If changes are material, we may also notify parents through the email on the account.
