We aim to be fair. If you cancel early, refunds are calculated based on actual time used (not the full plan length).
How refunds are calculated
When you cancel a prepaid plan (such as an annual plan), we convert the time you used into the equivalent shorter plan rate. Any remaining value is refunded.
Example
For example, if you cancel an annual plan after several months, we calculate the value of the time already used at the equivalent shorter-plan rate. Any remaining eligible value is refunded to the original payment method.

Refund timing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing time may vary by bank or card issuer.
